These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AlumnAI mobile application ("the App") and outline the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both users and Clockwerk LLC. By using AlumnAI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.

User Agreement

  1. Monitoring and Removal: Clockwerk LLC reserves the right to monitor and remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate.

  1. Ownership: The App, including its design, graphics, text, code, cases, interview questions, and other content, is owned or licensed by Clockwerk LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. Trademarks: "AlumnAI" and the AlumnAI logo are trademarks owned by Clockwerk LLC. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Privacy

Termination

  1. Termination by User: You may terminate your use of AlumnAI at any time by deleting the App from your device.

All-Access Membership (In-App Purchase)

  1. Subscription Details: AlumnAI offers an optional All-Access Membership, which is a monthly subscription providing users with premium features and enhanced functionalities within the app.
  2. Payment and Billing: The All-Access Membership is available as an in-app purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
  1. Free Trials: Clockwerk LLC may offer free trials for the All-Access Membership. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  1. Cancellation: You can cancel your All-Access Membership subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
  1. Refunds: All purchases, including the All-Access Membership subscription, are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
  1. Changes to Subscription Terms: Clockwerk LLC reserves the right to modify the terms of the All-Access Membership subscription, including pricing, features, and availability, at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the app or other means.
  1. User Responsibilities: It is your responsibility to manage your All-Access Membership subscription, including ensuring payment details are up-to-date and managing auto-renewal settings.
  1. Promotions and Discounts: Clockwerk LLC may, at its discretion, offer promotions, discounts, or other incentives for the All-Access Membership. The terms and conditions of such offers will be communicated at the time of the promotion.
  1. Apple's In-App Purchase Terms: Your All-Access Membership subscription is subject to Apple's In-App Purchase terms and conditions, in addition to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing and using the All-Access Membership subscription, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this section, as well as the general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy governing the use of AlumnAI. Miscellaneous
